We are staying on the North Shore at the moment in an apartment on East 1st St. The Streets are all very long and straight and very organised. They go up the hill 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc. and a place is located by it's nearest intersection, we are on the corner of 1st and St Patricks. Our apartment is a lovely, but small, 2 bedroomed affair, very comfortable and has all the amenities you could wish for with enough TV stations to keep everyone happy for 24 hours of the day. The TV times are given in several time zones, there is the East Coast, Central time and West Coast - yes this country is that big.
We will be moving to North Burnaby on 3rd July and will be staying there for at least 6 months (that's the lease we have).
